Ad inventory is a fixed-window placement. Here's how refunds work.
Before your creative goes live
If your campaign is still in review (not yet activated), email support@clearamarkhome.com for a full refund, no questions asked.
After it goes live
Once a campaign is active it is running against its placement window; refunds are prorated for the unused portion at our discretion, minus payment processing fees.
If we remove your creative for a policy violation, no refund is owed for the remaining window.
Chargebacks & disputes
If a payment is refunded or disputed, the associated campaign is automatically paused/removed. Please contact us before filing a dispute so we can resolve it directly: support@clearamarkhome.com.
