What this is (and isn't)

This is a comedy + measurement product: brands buy placement inside CAPTCHA-style challenges, and we keep a behavior-detected scoreboard of human vs agent solvers.

It is NOT a security product. We do not guarantee it blocks bots, proves personhood, or is suitable for protecting logins, payments, or any system where a failed bot-check causes harm. Do not rely on it as such.

Buying ad inventory

Ad slots are sold in tiers (Sticker, Poster, Billboard) for a fixed placement window. Prices are shown at checkout and charged via Stripe.

All creatives are subject to admin review before they go live. We may reject or remove any creative for any reason, including content we consider illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexual, or off-brand.

By uploading a creative you represent that you own or have the rights to it, and you grant us a license to display, resize, and generate playful variants of it (mirror/rotate/slice) for use in the challenges — subject to the misprint opt-in you select.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; don't impersonate brands you don't represent; don't attempt to attack, overload, or reverse the service.

The scoreboard is behavior-detected and best-effort — it is not a certified or unspoofable measurement, and you may not represent it as one.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clear Mark, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
